West Deer residents now have two cases under appeal at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Any donations collected go directly to the individuals funding the appeals and 100% of funds go to the legal fees. The GoFundMe is for the Leto well pad appeal and GiveSendGo is being used for the Deer Creek Interconnect appeal.

APPEALSOlympus dropped the Dionysus appeal and the Township's denial stands. Go to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas website and enter the case number of the appeal where it says ‘case search’ to stay up to date on active appeals in West Deer.

HEARINGSTyche Well PadThe public hearing for the Tyche well pad (about one mile from the intersection of Lick & Bairdford) is closed. The supervisors will vote on the application at their regular business meeting on December 20.
